I speak on what I call ‘Mental Engineering:’ training our brain to use expectations and beliefs as automatic pilots which steer us toward the successes we design. We already do it; what we want is to do it with higher intention. The way we expect the future to turn out becomes a prescription. I want people to walk away from hearing me and try thinking new thoughts. I want them to deliberately imagine new expectations.

In 2017, I was asked to speak at the TEDxOshkosh, Wisconsin event and I spoke on ‘How to Perform Better.’ Not in terms of acting but in terms of performing tasks better. I posit that 4 things we can do better in our personal and business lives are: to magnetize objectives, play better verbs, manage our thinking, and loosen our grip.
