How We Can Manage Thoughts?

Do you manage your thoughts?

We can manage our thinking in many ways with great success. 

Part of it involves what we want. Do we just say it or do we desire it? If there is more energy and emotion involved, the desire will seek its own resolution.

What are we willing to do to reach it? If we want it well enough, we may do more to get it.

Part of it involves what we do to get what we want—our verbs. The strongest ones are active and create momentum. They are positive and create a better trajectory. They are deliberate and have guts. They’re best when they involve others. 

Part of it involves on how we assemble our thoughts and how we monitor their progress. The assembly encompasses the meaning we assign them and how carefully we construct them.
