Think of people you like to be around at work. Why do you like being around them? What impact do they have on you?
Maybe they lift your spirits and validate your worth. Maybe they enjoy seeing you. Maybe they liked something you did. Maybe they remember something that happened to you and ask about it. These moments are like warm sun in February.
When people act like this, their energy moves outward with intention. It means they have surplus in order to share it. They seem to derive pleasure from giving it away which makes it generous energy. You can almost see it transfer to other people. Surround yourself with these people and bask in how good you feel around them.
