It’s not enough to surround yourself with givers of energy; the energy they give should be positive. Resist people who give negative energy.
There are two types of people who put out negativity: those who know it and those who don’t. Those who know it are the worst because it can have malicious intent.
But there are people who give negative energy and may not be aware of it. This makes their behavior no less negative but it is more forgivable. For either kind of person, we have to ask if we are required to work with them. If not, don’t.
Make an effort to people your life with those who give positive energy. Choose to have them in your life; being around them will contribute to your success. Feed off each other and create an upward spiral. And what if you had multiple upward spirals in your life?
