Without realizing it, we develop a perception of our self and, unless we work at modifying it, we turn into that exact picture.

Is someone else’s energy being kept or sent? Inviting or repelling?

Is someone else’s visual signature relaxed or strained? Toward or away from?

Is someone else’s aural signature soothing or harsh? The same or changing?

Is someone else’s interaction empowering or dismissive?

Is someone else’s word choice focused on themselves or others? Positive or negative?
