We normally associate worry with negative things “What if this or that goes wrong?” When we worry about what we don’t want to happen, it often does. But what if we turn things around and do positive worry? “What if I succeed?” or “What if this goes well?”
Confidence comes from knowing that your thought decisions determine how successful you are, not what other people think of you. You can’t control what they think but you can control what you think.
If you start to hear the thought: “I can’t do this” acknowledge that it’s a thought not a fact, and habitually replace it with thoughts that supports self-esteem. Confidence is a habit that you control
