These thoughts nurture it:
‘Confidence is easy.’
‘You’re already confident.’
‘Confidence will give you everything you want.’
On the other hand, thoughts about doubt and inadequacies produce erosion. You’re the one doing the thinking so don’t think thoughts that erode confidence. Instead think about courage. What would that bring to your life?
Self-Talk is a like a Brain Coach that says things to you all day like a prescription. Have that coach say: ‘I prescribe confidence’ and ‘I prescribe abundance.’ Use ‘I enjoy’ instead of ‘I am’ also. ‘I enjoy being confident,’ not that you always are but when you are, you enjoy it right?
