Making the transition into new thinking habits is both easy and hard. ‘Easy’ because you don’t need any resources. ‘Hard’ because you may have habits of negative expectation and, when you try to change them, you encounter resistance.
Thought habits can have a long history and build up power.
Sometimes they feel stronger than willpower. But negative thoughts don’t have a mind of their own. You are ultimately their mind and they only grow if you think them.
Think yourself into a new habit that you want, and then another, and another and now we’re back to ‘Easy.’
